Oracle Capital Group was proud to support Gorby-80, a unique charity event celebrating the 80th birthday of Mikhail Gorbachev, the former Soviet leader who ended the Cold War and, defined an era. On March 30th 2011, stars of music, politics and the arts joined Gorbachev and his family for a gala concert at the Royal Albert Hall. All proceeds went to the Mikhail Gorbachev Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Care, providing support for cancer patients in both Russia and the UK.
In addition to the lineup of international musicians from East and West, there were also political and show-business figures from across the world attending as guests.
Dashi Namdakov
Oracle Capital Charitable Foundation is delighted to support the unveiling of Genghis Khan a monumental sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist, Dashi Namdakov. The Genghis Khan will be placed next to Cumberland Gate, on London’s Marble Arch, and set against a beautiful backdrop of green parkland and open skies. The spectacular bronze statue rises to almost five metres from hoof to helmet and features the great Mongolian leader descending from heaven on horseback.
